  • What is the Method Studios custom store?

    Method Studios has worked with Lead Apparel to bring you a one stop shop where you can purchase various Method Studios branded apparel items.

    The shop is only open to employees to purchase and not to the public.

  • How long will it take to get my order?
    After the initial order deadline of December 6th, all purchases will be collected at the end of every month by Lead Apparel. You will receive items approx 3 weeks after at various global studio locations. This is done to keep cost down for shipping.
  • Are items priced in USD or does it fluctuate based on where you’re purchasing from?

    A currency converter is available at the bottom of the page. You can select between 6 different currencies (USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, INR, AUD).

    The Method Studios custom store currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

  • Is there a sizing guide?
    Yes, see below. You can also view within the store once you select an item.
  • What is Return policy? Can I cancel an order once placed?

    Due to the customization of merchandise, there is not an option to return or exchange Method Studios merchandise. We suggest reviewing the size guide before placing your order to avoid any issue once received.

    If you need to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours after placing the order. Please note, if you place an order within the last 2 days of the month, you can not cancel the order.
